Seafood & Meat Cold Transport in Dubai — port and market to kitchen, in the safe band.

Fresh fish loses grade fast in the heat, and raw meat has no margin for a broken chain. We move seafood and meat — fresh at +2°C to +8°C, frozen at -18°C and below — from the Waterfront Market and Jebel Ali port to the kitchens that depend on them, hygienically and on time.

Protein is where the cold chain is least forgiving

Seafood and meat punish a weak cold chain faster than almost any other cargo. A fresh catch that sits warm for an hour loses grade — and value — before it reaches the kitchen; raw meat that drifts out of the safe band becomes a food-safety problem, not just a quality one. In Dubai, where the catch comes off the boat and the meat leaves the store into 45°C air, holding +2°C to +8°C from the very first minute is the whole job.

We run two lanes: fresh, chilled at +2°C to +8°C for same-day market-to-kitchen runs, and frozen, at -18°C and below for frozen seafood and meat. Collection points include the Deira Waterfront Market and Jebel Ali port, and we handle raw protein with the hygiene and separation food-safety rules demand.

Operator insight

With seafood, the clock starts at the landing, not the loading. The vans that keep fish at grade are the ones already cold when they reach the market at dawn — not the ones that start cooling after the catch is aboard. We time seafood runs to early market hours and pre-cool hard, so the coldest part of the trip is the first, not the last.
